You must include certified copies of the following supporting documentation with your Professional Year application form. Proper certification should appear on each page to be certified, and should show:

In order to successfully submit this application you are required to pay a non-refundable $350 administration fee by credit card. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment for this fee. An invoice for $350 will be issued upon receipt of payment.

A second invoice will be issued for the balance of fees indicated below. This invoice can be paid credit card, eft or Bpay.

If you wish to change your payment method from full payment to instalments or vice versa, you will incur a non-refundable $75 administration fee on top of your program fees.
